Simply put, we group pieces of mail by zip code and sub-zip code, print a special barcode on each piece, and verify the address before the pieces are delivered to the USPS for mailing.

Presorted mail costs less to send because we are doing part of the USPS’s job for them. Because of that, we are given discounted postage that we are able to pass along to our customers.

Because we process it before we deliver it to the USPS, the post office only needs to transport and deliver it, therefore it takes less time to be delivered to your desired recipient because the USPS can get it out of their doors and on to their trucks almost immediately.

That’s right. Traceable, not trackable – TRACEABLE. When you use a solution like Postalocity, you benefit from our special relationship with the USPS. The special barcodes I referenced earlier is scanned at each USPS location it has to go through before landing in your recipient’s mailbox. When it’s scanned, it’s reported to the tracing system and the USPS allows us access to this data. We take that data and put it into your account.
