The Postalocity.com team will review them to make sure they meet postal regulations and then they’ll be added to your Design Gallery, saved for use anytime, anywhere. When you upload your mailing, you’ll select the envelope design for your mailing from the options in your Design Gallery, and Postalocity.com will print the number of envelopes needed for your mailing. No more worrying about the envelopes you need being locked up at the office on a snowy day, they’ll print on demand as part of your online mailing.
Certified Mail
Sending certified mail through Postalocity.com is as simple and straightforward as checking the box for the certified mail option in the settings of your mailing job. No documents to attach or keep track of, no need to worry about correctly completing the certified mail documents, just tell us you want to send your mail certified, and we’ll take care of it. Once your mail is sent, you’ll receive the USPS certified mailing details for your mailing to keep for your records.
Tracking
Speaking of tracking your mail, this is a bonus with Postalocity.com! If you don’t need to send mail certified, and don’t want the added cost of sending your pieces as Priority Mail, you can send your mail as first class mail and track mail for free up to it being out for delivery. There are no tracking numbers to store and manage; tracing information is stored in your account. You can login from anywhere and track mail status from within a job you’ve sent or track your mail by a name or address.
Pick-up or Drop-off
Unlike snail mail that you print, fold, stuff, seal and apply postage to, Postalocity.com handles those steps when you use our online mailing process and ensures that your pieces are delivered to the United States Postal Service.
